The wait times is absolutely insane! The waiting room is packed with patients and it is over 1 hour and 20 minutes to see the doctor. I am starting a search for a new urology doctor!
Dr. Johnathan was able to help me out with my prostate situation. His office has failed to tell me the ultrasound results. They said that I would have to have a appointment in order for him to go over the results of the ultrasound imaging results. I called again and the front desk said that they would call when my ultrasound imaging results are in. And I don't need a appointment to get the results of my ultrasound imaging results. Under staffed, mill-like entry and exiting for patients, unapologetically long wait times. Never get a Monday appointment unless you have hours to spare. Office staff uses antiquated procedures from decades ago, and proud of it.
Dr. Mack is by far one of the best doctors I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He has been my mother-in-law’s urologist for 12+ years and we are more than happy to drive the 50 miles one way to maintain her as his patient. He is very straight forward and knowledgeable but also maintains a great bedside manner which is almost impossible to find in doctors anymore. The wait times for an office visit can be rather lengthy but am willing to deal with that in order to see Dr. Mack
