These people are impossible to get ahold of. I had a procedure done and have questions about post-op tests and they will not pick up or return my phone calls. I’ve reached out to the main office for the physicians alliance and they continue to transfer me back to urology where I cannot get anyone on the phone. This is wildly unprofessional for a medical provider. Avoid this place at all possible costs
Extremely SLOW!! Be prepared to wait HOURS for anything you're being seen for.
Dr Mac is great!
Dr Mack is without a doubt the finest urology surgeon I have ever encountered. If you have to wait for him, then so be it. He will care for you the same as the patient before you. Saved my life more than once.
I've been going here for quite a few years. I've always seen Dr. Anderson and he has been a great Dr for me, personable and helpful. About five years ago he did my prostate surgery. It went well and I've had no problems since then.
