Amberlea is the best at what she does, she is friendly, outgoing , and fantastic customer service skills. I have never been to a doctor within four cities that has a customer service skills and respect the way she does. She gives you that feeling that she still has a heart in a world that doesn't care for a heart an only seeing money. I really enjoyed my new patient visit with Tyler Morgan. Over the past few months, I’ve been given the runaround regarding my urinary health, and Tyler immediately put me at ease. He truly listened—not just pretended to—and addressed my concerns thoughtfully. These people are impossible to get ahold of. I had a procedure done and have questions about post-op tests and they will not pick up or return my phone calls. I’ve reached out to the main office for the physicians alliance and they continue to transfer me back to urology where I cannot get anyone on the phone. This is wildly unprofessional for a medical provider. Avoid this place at all possible costs
