Under staffed, mill-like entry and exiting for patients, unapologetically long wait times. Never get a Monday appointment unless you have hours to spare. Office staff uses antiquated procedures from decades ago, and proud of it.

Dr. Mack is by far one of the best doctors I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He has been my mother-in-law’s urologist for 12+ years and we are more than happy to drive the 50 miles one way to maintain her as his patient. He is very straight forward and knowledgeable but also maintains a great bedside manner which is almost impossible to find in doctors anymore. The wait times for an office visit can be rather lengthy but am willing to deal with that in order to see Dr. Mack

Amberlea is the best at what she does, she is friendly, outgoing , and fantastic customer service skills. I have never been to a doctor within four cities that has a customer service skills and respect the way she does. She gives you that feeling that she still has a heart in a world that doesn't care for a heart an only seeing money. I respect you as a powerful woman an I WISH AN HOPE Doctor Mac fights to give you an raise.

I have been seeing Jessica Luke for several years for prostate and bladder issues. Jessica is a very caring and competent physician. She has helped me many times through difficult situations and greatly improved my quality of life. Many thanks to Jessica.
