The blonde receptionist was very rude and had a nasty attitude with me I booked 4 sessions and she said that because I simply asked not to give out my personal information that they didn't want my business there what a joke the brown haired receptionist was so sweet and very understanding and just very pleasant and at least acted like she cared unlike the blonde one .. I would not receive my full treatment that was advertised either I would not recommend it

They took my money because I was 11 minutes late so Bella att the front desk lied on me stating I had read her text she sent earlier that day but I didn't even see the message until she refused me service and refused rescheduling and refused to give me my money back. I had a very busy day and never even confirmed my appointment their the text due to not having time to check my phone. All of that pettiness for being 11 minutes late.
