This is the most dysfunctional non caring group of medical staff you can incur. While it takes money to operate, jumping on your patients right as they approach the window and sign in for their “debt” isn’t exactly welcoming. What kind of person wants to portray to the entire 20 people sitting in the lobby behind them that they can’t afford to pay in full or want their financial business out for the world to hear?
