I was told that they couldn't make it to my house.They were to busy, but told me what the problem could be & how to fix it. They even called back later to see how things were going. They'll be the first I call!
It is sad to use the excuss your to busy..if your too busy then fine someone else can have my money.
Quick service and VERY reasonable. I am only going to use him in the future. Very straight forward.
This is a family owned business. They came out to my house on the day I called within 30 mins. The guy that showed up was the owner. Turned out that there was only a petty thing wrong with it. Instead of telling me that they were going to have to charge an arm and leg, he charged me with a small fee. Not like the other companies that wanted to charge me $75 just to look at my ac and not even fix it.
