I have never had any issues with the company. I enjoy being able to pay at the window with my account information. Inside with my name and address. The kiosk with my account number. Thanks for the wonderful costumer service! Please keep it up.
I tried paying my bill twice, Friday their account was screwed up and then Monday the place I go to pay was closed. So finally on Wednesday at noon I could pay. This was also the day that it was due. I paid at noon, the guy came out and left a note saying I would be charged a field trip charge of $35 and it said 5pm. I paid at noon. Why did he not know I had paid? Apparently once you are charged a field trip charge they can't waive it or help you out any. In my opinion, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
