I called several times to cancel an appointment and kept getting a recording even though it was during business hours. There is no way to leave a message and now I have received a bill for $50.00 for "no show". Dr. Fitch, who started this practice must be spinning in her grave.

Waited about a month for my first appointment and about 2 days prior to going in I was called to verify my medicare # "I guess it was written down incorrectly" but I gave the # to the caller and it checked out as good and we will see you tomorrow,, so I went there today and I was told my medicare advantage insurance isnt accepted ,, but I can still go see the doctor ...but, I will have to pay out of pocket,, so I left,,, so when you call to make an appointment ,, nobody will care to see if your info checkes out till your app... read more
