Horrible !!! First the property had a letter of levy posted on my business the month of July so I decided to move out. Pure embarrassment !!!! Hard to get in contact with I moved out on the 31st and i am being charged for the following month also they told me that they were going to put it on my credit which I will dispute !!! But overall HORRIBLE COMPANY TO RENT FROM

My friend and her kids are being evicted today in the rain...Not the age of the business..but the humanitarianism of the people that service through the ages...you get ***0***.
Been dealing with these people for 12yrs now and yesterday my heat went out 12/13/24 and I have called them numerous times at the after hrs emergency call number and I still haven't heard back from them and it's now Saturday morning 12/13/24 and I still haven't heard back from them and I have my 79yr old mom living here with me so needless to say do your self a favor and stay away from this company but if you are just a day late paying they want to charge you a 75.00 late fee but if you have any kind of problem it's just the... read more
We were tenants of this property and they sent a letter to vacate the property when we had to live with this. Our rent is current. Our apartments has been roach infested for years. The staff in the office is very rude and unprofessional. They yelled at us. My mom is a 75 year old women and have been taken advantage of by this company. We were not nasty people. They didn’t maintain our property. Included are pictures of how I kept the apartment even though roach infested and they didn’t keep up the property.
