Bom is an incredible server. He was incredibly friendly and made the dining experience 10x better than we thought it would have been. He took the time to also tell us about the food and the best choices for what we were looking to have. He is amazing and is the reason our dinner was so good. Thank you Bom -Marina G
Very nice and friendly staff; however - several of our items did not come to our table... We paid a premium for all you can eat and left hungry because the kitchen was officially closed even though they missed several of the items we ordered.... and we didn’t have a big order to even start with. Friendly staff, bad attention to detail, didn't fulfill our order, gave no solution or even a refund for missing at least 30% of our ordered items.
We were really disappointed with our experience. We ordered the all-you-can-eat menu, but about half of the items we ordered never arrived. It wasn't an excessive amount of food, and the kitchen was still open, so we expected to receive everything we had ordered. What made the experience even more frustrating was that it felt like we were being rushed out of the restaurant. There was a total of 6 of us we all placed our orders and took a long time to only get 2 of our appetaizers we did got water but never our drinks we thought it was because it was a little busy we kept on waiting till we saw other tables being served while we were still waiting I asked one of the server and she called our server I asked for the manager and he came to our table I informed him we been waiting for over 30 minutes and all the attention was on a big table apparently managers friends so all he said was oh sorry and... read more
