Very unprofessional!Not helpful not respectful and not responding
Went in with a bad ear infection. Never got the results of the culture that his office took, pawned me off on another office after a month of this ear infection not going away and recommended surgery. Finally after months of symptoms, this week I saw a new ENT, who took a sample from my ear, got the results back IN A DAY and prescribed antibiotics… and now I’m finally feeling better.
