Went in with a bad ear infection. Never got the results of the culture that his office took, pawned me off on another office after a month of this ear infection not going away and recommended surgery. Finally after months of symptoms, this week I saw a new ENT, who took a sample from my ear, got the results back IN A DAY and prescribed antibiotics… and now I’m finally feeling better. I came to see the doctor with symptoms such as a sore throat that does not go away on its own, a cough, and yellow-green sputum. The doctor simply examined my throat, visually it seemed to him that everything was normal, he did not take any tests from my throat, I left the doctor with the same problem as when I came.
