They are handling something for me but they won’t go to the lengths of commitment other companies like them do. They want the client to do all the leg work when that’s what they are getting paid to do. I inherited money from a friend with no family and I need his death certificate. I’m not family nor does he have any surviving and by law I can’t get his death certificate but they can easily get it but they won’t so I’ll never use them or give them other business which I could provide them with at least 6 people I know
This is a deceptive company. Do not use AIG for anything! We bought appliance insurance through Kitchen Aid for our new appliances and when we needed to file a claim for a failure, AIG is unwilling to honor the claim. Kitchen Aid should stop sending them contracts, since they are not honoring them. You are stuck on hold for over 20 minutes. AIG fails to assist and they do not even respond. AIG Reps are rude, lack customer service skills and can only read from their script. AIG service is horrible!
No one answered when I called,the phone doesn't ring either.
