They will put you on hold for hours!!!!
I never do reviews, but my experience was so terrible I have to let others know. I always bought travel insurance with the hope that I would never need it. Unfortunately, on my last trip there was a cancellation of all flights due to extreme weather as well as for the next few days. As such, I had to stay at a hotel as well as cover extra costs including food, hotel, transportation to and from the airport as well as lost wages from work.
