Very professional and efficient.
The staff is friendly and helpful and the office is always clean.
After waiting 3 months for an appointment paying the 65 dollars for an eye examination and ordering my glasses I couldn't see out of any part of the prescription. I called and they did offer me a retest but if the first one was so bad I didn't want to chance it and have another pair of glasses that didn't work. I asked about a refund and the answer was no. I guess the 65 dollars is nonrefundable definitely hard to take on a fixed income and I will need to pay for another examination. Just another business that doesn't care.
