Sadly one star is the lowest score I can give. Dropped my son’s wheelchair off to be serviced on Monday and was told we’d be advised when it was ready, this email was all we received. So this business thinks it’s ok to leave a 30 year old man who is 100% blind and has a severe traumatic brain injury with no means of transport for a whole week over Easter! Might be fine if you’re old, but heaven forbid you’re 11 years old with a full leg cast. Refused to hire a wheelchair to us saying he would break it… thanks……
I have utilised the services of Aids to Independent Living for over 15 years. Janet and Arthur and the team are extremely helpful and always go out of their way to help. Excellent service!
