Sadly one star is the lowest score I can give. Dropped my son’s wheelchair off to be serviced on Monday and was told we’d be advised when it was ready, this email was all we received. So this business thinks it’s ok to leave a 30 year old man who is 100% blind and has a severe traumatic brain injury with no means of transport for a whole week over Easter! Might be fine if you’re old, but heaven forbid you’re 11 years old with a full leg cast. Refused to hire a wheelchair to us saying he would break it… thanks……
I have utilised the services of Aids to Independent Living for over 15 years. Janet and Arthur and the team are extremely helpful and always go out of their way to help. Excellent service!
Arthur at Aids to Independent Living is the most caring, helpful person you will ever come across. He goes out of his way to help you with what ever you need. My daughter is Disabled and if Arther doesn't have what she is looking for he will go out of his way to get it. He truly cares about the person who is in need whether you are young or old. I recommend you go and try Arthur at Aids and Independent Living. You won't be sorry.
