Everyone I encountered at this facility is very professional,caring and work well together as a team should They treat you like family When I say Everyone I mean Everyone from the front desk to the specialist all have class!
before and most amazingly during the covid endemic these people actually will help and care, as opposed to giving innane excuses why I should go to great efforts beyond my ability to so that they can sit home doing no work while their dog barks. Phone system sucks though.
I usually go to Howard Brown for testing. I thought this place would be cheaper. No. I got one bill that was $150 for routine STI testing for PREP. They didn't charge me after the appointment, but sent me a bill to the wrong address. I finally got the address fixed, and they sent me one bill a month later. I went into to pay it three times and the secretary at the desk told me she couldn't log into the computer (first time), couldn't find my account (second time), and they closed early without warning (third time).
