Isabella, my nurse was awesome. They were so awesome. Very sweet. The beds have heaters, best thing. I’ve had a lot of surgeries and the little heaters are great. Drs were awesome.
Please be advised that this is an out patient surgery center not to be confused with a hospital! They’re open for scheduled surgery & most likely close after that. Very clean. Staff was very friendly & professional my main contact was Mirela for any questions or concerns were addressed. The entire staff was above & beyond professional. Every time I call this place, their voicemail says they’re closed. No matter what day of the week/during business hours. I’ve left multiple messages and sent multiple emails and NOBODY has gotten back to me. This establishment is a total joke and there’s no way to contact them.
The staff were oh so friendly. To go home from surgery and wake up with head lice is beyond disgusting. I am a clean person during the pandemic no one come into my home who doesn't live there, I work remotely and especially during surgery I had no intention to leave my home. I went a few days before it got out of my hand.o thought because of the way I was sleeping my heat would sweat and be itchy. Front office Staff was very friendly and helpful. Once they put me in pre op and thru the whole procedure. I felt very rushed. Once I started to wake up they gave me my clothes and said get dressed your ride is here. No one came to talk to me about how it went, or what I should do once I get home. They weren’t very pleasant at all
