Checked in around midnight on 9/25 and want to express how friendly and helpful the receptionist was — give her a raise! I’ve checked into dozens of hotels where the receptionists are rude/unhelpful and this makes all the difference. Rooms were exceptionally clean, beds are insanely comfortable, modern new facilities, etc. Convenient location to everything that we needed. 10/10

Clean rooms, friendly staff but a little hard to find, even using a GPS it's difficult to figure out the entrance

Stayed one night over Family Weekend (NAU). Perfect proximity to the football stadium and Park Place Apts (Our Lumberjack’s residence). Rooms were very clean. Lots of outlets/charger ports. Bathroom is a little small, but plenty of counter space. Beds were very comfortable. Common areas were very chic and fun. Outdoor courtyard had lots of seating areas with fire tables, cute yard games, and a nice pool. The bar/coffee bar had a variety of options for drinks/snacks. 10/10 would stay here again when visiting our college kiddo... read more

“It’s his job” I just needed to get into the room and get my belongings, but the gender confused male at the front desk knows no basic human needs. It’s a nice room, shower pressure is like a leaf is brushing against your skin and the a/c works. That’s about all you get., other than that there’s no more to the Motel. Either discriminatory staff or issues. Will not be booking again with bad service, needs new front desk staff. G-pride all over the motel.
