Horrible horrible experience. Upon first walking in with a groupon on my scheduled time the salon owner asked whether I already purchased it and I said i did than right after she wanted me to press redeem which i did not because no service was provided yet. Then she tells me that the service I bought I wont be happy with and if I want to be happy with my service I will have to pay additional $60.
