I reached out to them over a dress i found on the internet. They responded in a timely manner and showed me several options and were so patient with me as i had doubts and worries the dress i would order not come in soon! But they made the process so easy and HIGHLY recommend them! Prices are fair!!
Be careful and double check your dress. I ordered a dress for my daughter’s quinceañera back in June and was supposed to receive in September. I called to check the status and was told it was there, so I took my daughter and it was the same dress from the floor. I asked the owner numerous times if that was the new dress and kept saying yes. As I looked at it more, it was dirty, torn and old. She kept making excuses about calling the vendor and letting them know.
