Went in and immediately found perfect prom dresses for two of my friends, and had amazing customer service that helped so much with sizing and alterations. Thank you so much to the ladies here, we will def be back!

this store is honestly horrible , customer service is awful they are so unprofessional with their work i’ve never dealt with something awful like this customer service, me and my friends came to get dresses for our friends sweet 16 , she made all girls so uncomfortable by saying sizes out in-front of people made most of us feel so uncomfortable this store isn’t professional AT ALL , don’t recommend going here from experience.
This store has the most horrible customer service I came in looking for dresses for my friends 16 we came looking for 5 dama dresses I have honestly never met anyone more critical than the lady at the front desk she would make all the girls uncomfortable by telling them that they were too big for the kids dresses which is completely ridiculous you as a worker shouldn’t talk about sizes, when I tried the dresses on the dresses would be ripped or damaged or the smaller sizes would be wayy bigger than the larger size , the size... read more
