I made this appointment almost 6 months ago (because there was no availability) and I was told my issue was not an emergency as new patient. My private doctor which is not affiliated with NYP suggested that I see a specialist and I loved all of the care I have received in the past at NYP so I decided to wait to see this doctor only to find out that my medical appointment had been canceled because they did not receive my lab results from my private doctor.
