I find the mix of exercise and "vigorous" massage really works. The therapy sessions have really worked for me.
Andrew and AID PT are great. I went to Andrew for back and knee issues. I had been to another PT provider for my back and the issues returned. On the first visit to Andrew he was able to CORRECTLY diagnose the root cause of both back and knee issues and put me on a solid program to fix both. Can’t recommend Andrew and AID pt highly enough. He is the best physical therapist I have ever been to.
Andrew and his team were wonderful to work with! They were great at answering questions and explaining why we were doing certain things. I had started running and ended up with a stress fracture in my leg. His team helped me through recovery and got on a plan to safely get back into running.
Andrew and his team are the best. They have successfully treated me for three different matters. They are extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain and discuss their proposed treatment with clients. They are extremely disciplined in getting you to do what you need to do to get healthy again. I would most highly recommend them if you need physical therapy.
