I was referred here but had a disappointing experience. The staff had unfriendly attitudes and rushed me while I was trying to check my hair before paying. As a client, I believe it’s reasonable to make sure you’re satisfied before completing payment. There were also conversations being held in another language while looking directly at clients, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was not welcoming, and I won’t be returning.
I wish i read the google reviews before coming. I came across the shop on tik tok and I was very excited because the work looked good and price was reasonable. I texted the number that I seen on tiktok, showed a picture of what i wanted and everything. Whoever I was texting was very nice and sweet which made me think it was a friendly environment. I came all the way from long island for these “professional” people to play in my face. I confirmed my appointment yesterday with Fatima on 737 Flatbush avenue . I arrive and nobody is there ! I called a number they gave me asking for Fatima the woman (wish I knew her name) told me let me see where she’s at. The woman NEVER GOT BACK TO ME!!! I just got knotless box braids by Madeline and another lady. They are quick I started my hair at 11am and finished at 5:30pm. They provide the hair. They didn't have my hair color I wanted so they went to the beauty supply store to get it for me. My hair is butt length. I enjoyed my experience.
