There should be info showing appt is required. No one answered phone, drove all the way our there, paid for parking only to be told no one is in the office & to schedule an appt yet no one answered phone when I tried to schedule appt

I ordered a Base for an 8" round column. AIC Millworks didn't just send me the product. They wanted to make sure that it was exactly what I needed. They sent me the drawings of their product. This type of customer experience is rare. Normally, a company would send what was ordered without questioning. Thank you AIC Millworks!
Customer service is outstanding. Delivery was much faster than expected. Packaging was was so much better than what I usually see. I wish more companies would take this kind of care and concern with their customers satisfaction.
