I have been trying to get in touch with someone to return an item. I have called, emailed and texted, no response. Poor customer service!
There should be info showing appt is required. No one answered phone, drove all the way our there, paid for parking only to be told no one is in the office & to schedule an appt yet no one answered phone when I tried to schedule appt

I ordered a Base for an 8" round column. AIC Millworks didn't just send me the product. They wanted to make sure that it was exactly what I needed. They sent me the drawings of their product. This type of customer experience is rare. Normally, a company would send what was ordered without questioning. Thank you AIC Millworks!
