I am a snowbird. In over 2 years, AIANE never performed a skin test and formulated serums just based on an old blood test. The skin tests were performed in Florida and information was shared. The Florida immunologist said the formulation needed to include additional antigens to help with vegetation I was extremely allergic to which is found in Massachusetts, yet the new serums did not cover anything additional. Terrible experience while accompanying elderly disabled mother to appointment. I’m shocked by the treatment that my mother was subjected to while at an appointment for an injection . They “forgot “ to check her in and then proceeded to talk down to her once she questioned why 3 people after her had already come & gone after their injections . Incompetent worker named “Sundee” who was apparently supposed to help get a prior authorization, only she’s been zero help . Gave the same form twice to fill out & send to Medicare , wh... read more
