I have been seeing Shelly Fowler at AIANE in Greenfield. She is wonderful and very caring. She explains all what is going on with me. She keeps thorough records. I would recommend her highly. Donna Heath
June 2024: Impossible to get in contact with anyone at the office. I have left several voicemails and haven't heard back. When I finally got in contact with someone they said their voicemail system is not working... apparently with no intention of fixing it. My son had decent care here with his allergies, but since intially posting my first review, it has become evident that these offices are very poorly managed administratively. I have been getting my allergy shots here for many years. The nurses who administer the shots are simply great. The receptionists have always been helpful. The clinic did a truly great job during the height of the Covid epidemic keeping the clinic open but making sure that everyone was safe.
