My husband and I went here today for our wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow. We greeted and well taken care of the moment we walked in the door - to the moment we left. The food is like an art experience of any Michelin star restaurant (in fact why don't they have one yet - we should nominate them!) A true marvel at beauty and taste for a Canadian food experience. I rarely venture into restaurants in downtown Ottawa, but I recently had a business meeting at this restaurant for a quick drink. On my way to the restroom, I noticed the chef serving his staff a very nice-looking dish, so I asked him what it was. He told me it was bison meatballs on a bed of potato purée and kindly offered me a taste. I’m glad I accepted! it was one of the best meatball dishes I’ve ever had. Went with some gals for a birthday! Everything was wonderful including our waiter pierce who made the night exceptionally special. Would recommend.
