AIA life insurance is very bad with payment to client, always set red taps trapping client in the procedure so that they can delay the payment to client. Their call centre is extremely difficult to get a human voice, always take more than an hour in the phone queue. Their hub email is just like a dead letter queue, no one ever responding. Disgrace. 21 years and never a claim. I have trauma cover and wanted to claim on a trauma. My medical condition even has the word trauma in it. 15 seconds it took them to say you can’t claim on that particular trauma. As always insurance companies are ripping their customers off. Policy has now been cancelled.

negative stars if possible, my mother's insurance premium was increased 400% with no notification. Employees were friendly, just business practices are very questionable. Stay away from these scammers.

When you are keen to get the Insurance, they will contact you every single day, even twice a day, at morning and evening. But when you want to cancel they will put you on hold on the line forever.
