Thieves, turns out is your policy expire on the day printed on your policy . It's not valid has to be 1 day before....otherwise they will charge you again ......
This agency has all unprofessional people working and dont have any knowledge about thier job especially Carla and Eva. They over charge you for your policies dont know what they doing at all. Such a bad experience having an insurance policy with them. The representative Carla has so much attitude and arrogant to talk to as if they are doing a favor for their customer. Dont recommend this agency for any insurance policy at all. They suck at their job.
