If you want to do any paperwork by phone, you'd better not waste your time. I called to change my insurance and cancel the one I already had and The lady (isavette) didn't cancel it and they deducted the payment from my account. I called Kemper to know the reason they deduct the money and they told me that they do not accept electronic signatures and the personal from Ai united insurance knows that.
