this trailer drove me off the ride in Kentucky and when I honked to let him know I was on his left side he flicked then middle finger off. Thank goodness I was aware of the road. They clearly are hiring anyone to drive their trailers. You can also hear his loud breaks every time he stopped. Definitely do not business with this company as their drivers do not drive safe. This occurred July 10 around 5:08pm.
Both negative reviews are from bad customers who damaged our equipment and never paid their bills. They are trying to add insult to injury by posting negative reviews. WE HAVE OVER 450 trailers rented out going on 5 years now.
Warning to other carriers and drivers: Do NOT lease from this company or sign any of their contracts. Even if they offer “free trailers or $1 per month” the return process results in excessive charges for damages you never caused. We are already in discussions with other carriers about filing a class action lawsuit. If you have been affected, please connect with us. On top of that tolls ! They will send invoices which you never had
Stay away from these guys! They have equipment that is old with lots of wear and tear and then when you turn it back in, they try to bill you thousands of dollars for "damages". They are a ripoff. I wish I dcould give them zero stars, but Google makes you give at least one.
