Rita and her Ai Republic does nothing by the law. Everything’s built on her lies and our last project was missing almost all required certificates to make it a complete work. Walls are cracking as she didn’t hire any professional to do the calculation(which is required by the law) and she’s risking everyone’s life to profit herself. And this illegal work took them 5 months to “finish” Piece of advice: walk away from Rita and save yourself from hell.
I had the pleasure of meeting Rita and members of the Ai Team and can confirm they are a highly educated, creative group that consider all aspects of architecture and design. Truly inspiring projects and a delight to work with.
