Not Recommended, i feel that we are doing most the work for the legal battle with our landlord and the LTB as we filed everything ourselves when we retained Lisa as our Rep. So i would not recommend her to use for your LTB matters, cause you will be left to deal with all the paperwork yourself. I feel we are wasting our time and money with her and for what, we have to file the paperwork not her. but she is going to take 27% of our payout if we win!
