I was looking to upgrade my daily knife and Ai & Om was recommended by a few chefs I know in the wild. This experience didn’t disappoint! Knowledge was on point and service was beyond what I expected. Proud that I left with something you don’t have, Chef😁. Come here and blow a paycheque. Invest in your future🙏🏼. I’m giving this place 6 stars.
Came in a few times over the past week, always had a great time chatting with the welcoming and friendly staff, browsing and testing the knives. Ended up buying a couple high performance knives and they are an absolute joy to use and to look at. Hitohira has some really great price-performance ratio knives. Highly recommend the team from Ai & Om!
I had a great experience at Ai & Om. All I can say is that their customer service is incredible, world class! I bought a sharpening stone over a year ago. Recently the sharpening stone split in half after being soaked. I called the shop and sent pictures. They asked me for my address and sent me a new stone at no cost ( including shipping ) Please support your local knife shop Ai & Om, they sell high quality products and they know how to take care of their customers!
Came across this shop looking to get a knife sharpened. Fantastic service and really cheap but also loved the shop itself. Amazing range of bespoke knifemakers from Japan and really knowledgeable staff. Contrary to the previous reviews, I found the staff exceptionally knowledgable and friendly.
