Tied for best knife store in the country with Tosho knife arts. Doug is an absolute gentleman with the best knowledge of knives, sharpening stones and maintenance! Best sharpening services in the city too!
If you want to buy a seriously good knife, go here. If you want staff that know exactly what to recommend and what’s best fit as a knife for you, definitely go here. If you don’t want to feel overwhelmed by 10000 options but a decent variety with a fairly flexible price range, this is the place. If you don’t want a Japanese knife, don’t go here. If you want all the tools that go together with Japanese knives and care, they also have a very versatile inventory
Best place in the city to buy a good quality knife. Unbelievably happy with my new knife.
