Bought my son a knife here for his birthday and I was delighted with the service
Came for a knife, stayed for local restaurant recommendations. Great selection of quality knives here. Enjoyed talking about the different makers and pieces. Obviously a very passionate team that knows their stuff.
I was looking to upgrade my daily knife and Ai & Om was recommended by a few chefs I know in the wild. This experience didn’t disappoint! Knowledge was on point and service was beyond what I expected. Proud that I left with something you don’t have, Chef😁. Come here and blow a paycheque. Invest in your future🙏🏼. I’m giving this place 6 stars.
Came in a few times over the past week, always had a great time chatting with the welcoming and friendly staff, browsing and testing the knives. Ended up buying a couple high performance knives and they are an absolute joy to use and to look at. Hitohira has some really great price-performance ratio knives. Highly recommend the team from Ai & Om!
