First time to use the sharpening service. Knives work great and done quickly.
Fabulous shop! Always take our knives there to get sharpened too. Appreciate the quality of the knives they carry and the service they provide!
We purchased a Nenox knife a couple of years ago. The knife broke while cutting Camembert Cheese. When I took the knife in for repair or replacement, before I could say anything the guy behind the counter said "we don't carry that brand any longer, I cannot help you". Rude, to say the least. I told him that the knife broke while cutting cheese. It seem to be a flaw in the metal. The knife is always hand washed and dried.
