Just found out I have been sent to collections over a cancelled policy. NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY TOLD ME I WOULD BE BILLED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE POLICY PERIOD. WHY WOULD I HAVE CANCELLED IF I KNEW THAT!!!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTE GARBAGE COMPANY.
Worst insurance company in Fayetteville NC trust a small black own business that has paid annually for 2 years,when you call they treat you like you don't matter. The worst part is when they charge you for a extension without any signatures or permission. Then they treated to send me to collections
I have been working with Jason for several years. I switched a couple times between (wish I hadn’t) and ended up right back with Carolina Capital Insurance.
