WARNING! We hired A&I after Hurricane Ian's storm surge flooded our home in Murrells Inlet, S.C. They charged an outrageous amount and would not lift one finger to remove a single item from the flooded rooms, which is standard practice with every other restoration company. They did not remove carpet or any wet insulation after only partially cutting out walls. The most they did was set up fans and leave. No mold remediation until we complained. Worst restoration company in the low country.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Billed for a lot of work that was never done, broke crystal and hid it in the trash, gold bracelet disappeared, mini blinds broken, and more. Said six weeks took over three months, promised the works and left a big mess! Worst mistake ever!
