We ordered to get the scooter of our ninebot e-scooter replaced, charged us $60 more than the average price and that was without shipping. We got our 2 scooters back (both flat which wasn’t a massive issue) but one of the tyres would not hold air and it hadn’t been ridden whatsoever as it was flat. Bought Segway Max G30L from these guys and it’s working great. Had a small issue when I found out at home and brought it back to get it promptly fixed in 2 minutes. Update - just under two years later and I had an issue with the front tyre which is of no fault of my own. Was quoted $60 to reseat it; or $80 to replace the air valve and reseat.
