This a $247 detail job that took all day!! Picked up at closing and didn’t have time to check and I really can’t believe they think this is acceptable. I also had to call 5 times to ask if the car was done because nobody picks up the phone in the afternoon - someone finally called me back 15 minutes before closing so I didn’t have time to check. I don’t know maybe they do that on purpose. I really hope they make this right somehow because there is no way they think vacuuming the mats and greasing up my car seats is a detail ... read more

If I could give negative 10 stars, I would. AI Autoworks completely destroyed my brand-new $80,000 car. I brought it to them with just 3 miles on the odometer, and in the two months since — with only 300 total miles driven and kept garaged — they managed to cause thousands in damage. • Tint job: Terrible — crooked cut lines, bubbles everywhere, and peeling edges. Exceptional care and service. I've had both of my vehicles serviced here and the results were far above what I expected. Maybe my expectations should be higher for everyone else, but regardless the outcomes challenged me to think "maybe THIS is what good looks like...."
