Visited to swap tires. Kevin and all other staffs were quick, friendly, and efficient. Kevin surprised me when he finally charged for the service! Thanks everyone working there.
Had a scheduled appointment, they sold the car that very morning and didn’t notify me until I was already there and tried to sell me something else. Just a waste of my time.
Just bought a car from Ai Auto Group. Price was 15722 which was negotiated to 15,500 because of old tires. The deal was that they would give me full tank of gas. At the time of delivery i checked the gas it was almost empty. I asked for the full tank which they said they can't give because of the 200$ discount. No comments were made about gas. No discussions from my side or theirs. The owner cheaped out on gas when i paid them 15000$. They couldn't even afford one gas tank
1st time here, our salesman Shao was very personable and trustworthy which I find rare with salesmen. He told us about any issues the car had and worked with us to the point we felt we were getting a good deal. I would suggest to anyone looking for a good used vehicle to check these guys out. Next time I'm in the market I will start here.
