Unfortunately, we didn’t get to resolve it as I hoped we would. I wanted to get my upstairs (4 beds & hallway) carpets cleaned as my fiancé and her two kids were moving in with me. My carpet guy, Bill, was out of town so I resorted to giving a new company (Brian) a shot. The work was scheduled for a Saturday (two weeks ago) at ~4pm. Our tech missed a couple areas like along the baseboards but otherwise did a great job getting old stains out in traffic areas, they were pretty quick and they came out during the scheduled time. The owner I believe is who booked us got us a great deal and was supper informative and helpful, overall great customer service from him.
