Dr. Ahuja was a referral given to me by my primary health provider. It was far more hassle than it was worth. Dr. Ahuja's office is extremely antiquated (old building/furnishings, etc.). It took some email exchanges and WEEKS before I was able to see him as you can't make an appointment over the phone or Internet. The receptionist wasn't very good either, both in email and in person. Not a patient and here is why---It took me five tries to get my call answered. THen it was answered by a recording telling to email all the information that my doctor had faxed his office---no sorry---if the office can't read the referral that was sent to them ,then I have little confidence that they will be able to read the email they requested. That said , I have nothing negative to say about the doctor himself necause I never got that far.
This was the worst treatment I've ever received in a doctor's office. totally rude and discourteous unprofessional staff. I wasn't the only one complaining. This guy is a farce.
Dr. Ahuja was rather rude and acted arrogantly when I requested additional details about his diagnosis. He did not want to listen to my wife's ailments, but just read the EMR on his computer. He was disrespectful towards the patient's family and merely interested in getting us out-the-door so he could bill the next insurance company.
