I had 5 AHT windows put in around 15-18 years ago. I had a handle break off one about five years ago they came and put a new handle on, right away. I just bought a new Front entry Door and a bay window. I watched the men install the window and door. They are very well insulated and installed beautifully. They cleaned up everything very nicely. My Window And door looks great and I’m very happy so far.
Call center reps are rude. They just hang up the phone while someone is talking
I feel like this company took advantage of my husband and I because we were young and inexperienced. A high pressure salesman came to our home right after we purchased trying to sell us windows. At the time our son was 11 months old and they came right at lunch time. 4 windows costed us $10,000. A huge reason we purchased was because they showed us pictures on how the windows would not frost or condensate on the inside of the house. (Our old windows did this terribly and caused mold). Aht did a great job installing new windows in my mother's house. Very courteous and cleaned up after they were done. Very responsive when you need answers.
