Tim Salzman was very nice and professional. Took his time explaining things. We had them install some windows 10 years ago and we love them! We're finishing installing windows in the rest of our house.
Not impressed. I guess we were lucky, as our sales pitch with Craig was only 2 hours and 20 minutes. Although he was thorough, I didnt care about the history of windows. My thing is, "Just show me what you have, show me why it's different, and give me a price." It's pretty cut and dry. It can be done in 60-90 minutes. He measured the windows, gave us the reason for replacement, and had me write down the information which I don't have a problem with. I DO however, have a problem with the appointment length.
