Had AJ from AHT windows out to our home yesterday evening. Not only were they very professional and on time. They showed us the major differences between the double pane Argonne filled windows that we previously purchased for our home elsewhere and the triple pane krypton filled windows with solid core frames they sell.
Tim Salzman came today and reassured us that we were going with the best company. Showed us the value we are getting. I definitely went with their product and cancelled my meeting with the other company. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Tim Salzman came for a quote on a cold call. After demonstrating the differences within their products, we decided to upgrade the whole home. Very knowledgeable with 15 years of experience and very personable. Excited to see the difference the windows will make in our home!
These are the pushiest window salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. The salesperson’s entire pitch was centered around how other window manufacturers don’t warranty the Argon gas in their windows. He even had a huge binder with what looked like hundreds of warranty documents from competitors to prove his point. What he conveniently left out — which I learned later — is that the other manufacturer I was considering (through a different company, at about one-third the price) simply replaces the entire unit if there’s a seal issue.... read more
Somehow got on their call list. Have asked them so many times to take me off and they still haven’t. They call me ALL THE TIME!!!!
