We have only been with AHT for a few month's. I can't thank the Vet/Nurses and Staff for their exceptional empathy and concern for our beautiful greyhound. They are so professional and helpful when it comes to claiming back from your insurance as well. I am so grateful to know our beautiful greyhound Bernie is in such good hands. AHT Vets Thornlands are the best. We have always been treated so well. All the staff are friendly and really care about the animals. Recently, our beautiful Bonnie had surgery. Dr Joy and staff explained everything so that we were comfortable leaving her safely in their care. There was a lovely sign at reception welcoming her on the day. They called to let me know that she had come through surgery well and even called the following day to check how she was doing. Highly recommend AHT Vets Thornlands.
Nice friendly staff who really care about my fur baby.
I had been taking my doggo to this vet since I moved to Thornlands about a year ago. With the exception of a certain vet we saw for a little while (no longer works there), the care and attention given to my dog was fantastic and all of the staff were genuinely happy to see him when we came in. At 16 years old, it was time to say goodbye to my dog last week. It was a sweet and peaceful experience for such a heartbreaking event. We had to say goodbye to our 15yr old furbaby and the staff AHT vets went above and beyond! Candle lit room, special blanket for her and even a food platter! Would highly recommend AHT vets. A very hard goodbye was made a beautiful memory.
