I have had multiple negative experiences at Wagoner Hospital, and unfortunately, I feel the quality of patient care has declined significantly. In my opinion, one of the biggest reasons this hospital is struggling is the way patients are treated. Patient experiences matter, and when people consistently feel dismissed or disrespected, they lose trust and choose to go elsewhere.
