First of all, I had to take Lyft from Emeryville, CA to the Bridge Clinic in Highland Hospital and back to Emeryville for $80. I was prepared for that cost. What I wasn’t prepared for was the $700 co-pay for a Buprenorphine 30 day extended release injection that my insurance had approved. No one mentioned a $700 co-pay. The bridge clinic gave me the best most genuinely caring medical experience. If you are struggling they will care and they will help if at all possible. They've gone above and beyond to make sure I and comfortable.
