This company is a joke. Took a month for an AC unit to come in when ours went out during the hottest part of summer. Their pro also installed the wrong Ac unit. Now our furnace is going out and we have to wait on their pro to come out instead of using our own certified tech even when we know what is wrong with it. Waste of money. $100 for a service call even though you pay almost $100 a month.
I've been unsuccessful at cancelling my contract by calling in on three occasions. Each time I was escalated and I was assured the contract was cancelled effective that day. I called in Sep, Oct, and Nov, and I'm now being notified of overdue premium. Help?
I’ve had them since 2019, had some hits and misses 2019-2022 but generally things got done and fixed. Fast forward to 2023 and so far out of 3 claims made this year, they actually fixed one, other two contractors either rescheduled and never showed or straight up did not fix at all. 33% success rate, grade F. Won’t renew, useless warranty…
SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE. They charged us over $500 for our plan, i told them we needed a pilot for our water heater, they sent a plumber who charged $125 to tell us the pilot needed to be replaced. Then sent us a bill for $485 dollars to replace it.. i ordered the part for 38 dollars and replaced it myself. I had the plan for 2 weeks, when i asked for a refund i had to fight to get 200 back. This company is trash
I have been a customer for MANY years. When I first began with them in 1998, the company was great! However, now I give them a negative rating. Customer service is terrible! February 2023, I submitted a claim on my stove top. Almost 4 months later, stove top still not fixed or replaced. Continually told that they’re waiting on parts but the can’t give an estimation when the parts will come. Very little follow up from AHS unless I call them.
