Very arrogant doctor. Doesn't look at you in the eyes, Impatient. He needs "Grievance Counseling".

My son had an appointment with dr. Arase at the Porter Ranch location. Worst dr I have ever come across. My son was his first patient and he was 40 mins late (sitting in his office). Everything I asked him he laughed off as a silly or ridiculous question. He did not offer any suggestions or to run any tests for my son who has been having digestive issues for the past couple weeks. Now we still need to see my son’s regular dr. to get her opinion. Not a good bedside manner. He rushed in and would cut me off mid sentence and he felt very intimidating. I told him my son has been covering his ears to shower after a ruptured ear drum, as recommended by another doctor, then he condescendingly said “you don’t have to do that”. Then he looked up what symptoms to look for with a ruptured ear drum and then he looked up what symptoms to look for on him computer and he said “oh, never mind you were supposed to cover it up” that was the first of many red flags during this visit. ... read more
