I was referred to them by Zillow. I just needed some information about a loan on a really cheap house. The loan agent, William treated me like I wasn't worth his time because it was a cheap house and I own a small business. I'm actually very proud of what I do and that I was able to start a company and support myself, while having plenty of money for an inexpensive house. Maybe you guys should tell zillow you don't want to finance cheap houses so you don't have to deal with people like me.
I feel like my money is stolen. AHP will take your money but they won't give it back. I've been requesting a redemption for almost a year now and I continue to get excuses for why I can't get my funds. Very poor experience, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Hello My Name Is Ramon Martin and I purchased a 1st Mortgage from AHP. The investment was sold without my consent and I now have to pull AHP in Circuit Court to sue for my money. On top of that I purchased a property from them while making payment money orders came up missing . I would not recommend this company to do any business with. Extremely poor management a lot of finger pointing, and nothing is getting done.
I was contacted by Patricia to discuss working with AHP to help fill some urgent positions in a sr. recruiting capacity.
