Spent over �200 on tickets nearly 2 months ago for a special occasion. First my booking time was changed with no notice, causing me to reschedule the entire day. Then a week before the event, it was cancelled completely. They cited not getting a license in time, however this is disappointing given how far in advance I booked the experience. Would avoid planning a day around this!
Terrible conduct on the canal. Screaming, shouting and seemingly not in control of their boat! Just having one in front of me and their behavior should be a shame for the company.
These guys are amazing. So friendly and welcoming. And incredible cocktails!! Thanks Angus and Robyn xx
