Unethical billing practices. We requested appointments for an annual physical/wellness check (covered 100% by insurance with no charges) but the medical office coded both as "new patient appointments" (not 100% covered by insurance) so they could "get us in sooner," which we did not agree to. They also billed additional money for a "specialist visit" because the doctor discussed our medical history - you know, like doctors are supposed to do (at no extra cost).
