Jennifer and Tara are amazing to work with. They always get back to us quickly and make everything so much easier to understand. This was our first time buying a home after renting for 8 years, and as a veteran, the whole process felt a little overwhelming at first. I purchased a home in January 2025 from Aho Construction as part of the Red Mountain Ranch community in West Richland, WA. I worked directly with the Builder's salesperson - Jennifer Erevia - and their preferred lender (CMG Home Loans/CMG Mortgage Inc.). We had an amazing experience with Aho construction, Jennifer and Tom! Jennifer was so patient in showing us many homes and always available for our questions & needs! Tom was great at our walk through, he knew everything thing there is to know about our new home!
