We were able to move into our new home in late April. So great having everything ready to just move right in! We puchased an Aho home in Pasco in 1996 and stayed there until this move. That home sold in two days for a great price, you could say we are pretty loyal now! We did have this house independently inspected and the inspector had only good things to say! This was our first time buying a home after renting for 8 years, and as a veteran, the whole process felt a little overwhelming at first. Jennifer and Tara really went above and beyond to guide us and make sure we felt comfortable the whole way through. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us buy our first home!
